Chocolate Chip Brussels Sprouts Surprise

- 12 oz Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

- 1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread Brussels sprouts cut side down on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 15-20 minutes until tender and caramelized, shaking the pan halfway through cooking.
