Savory Lamb & Beef People Sliders
Mini meat sliders packed with a flavorful blend of lamb or beef and spices, perfect for gatherings or a tasty snack.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground lamb or beef
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon grill seasoning (e.g., Montreal Steak Seasoning)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil (EVOO), for drizzling and cooking
- 6 each small round dinner rolls, split
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground lamb or beef, Worcestershire sauce, grill seasoning, and ground cumin.
- Gently mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
- Form the meat mixture into 6 small, evenly sized patties to match the rolls.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and drizzle with olive oil.
- Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until nicely browned and cooked through.
- While the patties cook, lightly toast the split dinner rolls in a separate pan or oven.
- Drizzle a bit of extra-virgin olive oil on the toasted rolls for added flavor.
- Assemble the sliders by placing each patty inside a roll.
