Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground lamb or beef
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon grill seasoning (e.g., Montreal Steak Seasoning)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil (EVOO), for drizzling and cooking
  • 6 each small round dinner rolls, split

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine ground lamb or beef, Worcestershire sauce, grill seasoning, and ground cumin.
  • Gently mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
  • Form the meat mixture into 6 small, evenly sized patties to match the rolls.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until nicely browned and cooked through.
  • While the patties cook, lightly toast the split dinner rolls in a separate pan or oven.
  • Drizzle a bit of extra-virgin olive oil on the toasted rolls for added flavor.
  • Assemble the sliders by placing each patty inside a roll.
  • Serve warm, optionally adding your favorite toppings like sautéed onions, cheese, or fresh greens.
