Cheesy Bacon Chili Chicken Bake

Ingredients
- 2 pieces chicken breasts
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 cup bacon bits
- to taste salt
- to taste black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt, black pepper, and chili powder.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle the bacon bits evenly over the chicken.
- Top each chicken breast generously with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
