Cheesy Sausage Biscuit Bites

Ingredients
- 1 package ground sausage (about 1 lb)
- 3 cups baking mix (such as biscuit baking mix)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground sausage, baking mix, and shredded cheese.
- Mix together until well combined.
- Form mixture into small balls about 1 to 1 ½ inches in diameter and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or greased.
- Bake for 20 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
