Cheesy Sausage Biscuit Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package ground sausage (about 1 lb)
  • 3 cups baking mix (such as biscuit baking mix)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ground sausage, baking mix, and shredded cheese.
  • Mix together until well combined.
  • Form mixture into small balls about 1 to 1 ½ inches in diameter and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or greased.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
