Smokey Sweet & Spicy Glazed Meat Skillet

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef or pork
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add ground meat to the skillet, breaking it apart as it cooks until browned and cooked through, about 7-8 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper until well combined.
- Pour the sauce over the cooked meat and stir to coat evenly.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5-7 minutes, letting the flavors meld and the sauce thicken slightly.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Serve hot with rice, mashed potatoes, or crusty bread to soak up the smoky glaze.
