Lori’s Flavor-Packed Veggie Dip

A creamy, tangy dip bursting with fresh herbs and savory spices, perfect for veggies or chips without using mayo, bacon, or cheddar.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • to taste freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt and sour cream until smooth.
  • Stir in lemon juice, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Add chopped chives and parsley, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Mix well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let flavors meld.
  • Serve chilled with fresh vegetables, chips, or crackers.
