Lori’s Flavor-Packed Veggie Dip
A creamy, tangy dip bursting with fresh herbs and savory spices, perfect for veggies or chips without using mayo, bacon, or cheddar.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- to taste freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt and sour cream until smooth.
- Stir in lemon juice, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Add chopped chives and parsley, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let flavors meld.
