Lori’s Flavor-Packed Veggie Dip
A creamy, tangy dip bursting with fresh herbs and savory spices, perfect for veggies or chips without using mayo, bacon, or cheddar.
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- to taste freshly ground black pepper
In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt and sour cream until smooth.
Stir in lemon juice, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Add chopped chives and parsley, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
Mix well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let flavors meld.
Serve chilled with fresh vegetables, chips, or crackers.
