

Joe's Cheesy Stuffed Jalapeño Poppers
Spicy jalapeños filled with a creamy, cheesy blend and baked until perfectly tender with a golden cheesy topping.
Ingredients
- 12 pieces jalapeños, halved and seeded
- 8 oz Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, plus extra for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, paprika, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until smooth and well blended.
- Fill each jalapeño half generously with the cheese mixture.
- Place the stuffed jalapeños on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle extra shredded cheddar cheese over the tops of the stuffed jalapeños.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes. Check occasionally – the jalapeños should be tender enough to easily pierce with a fork, and the cheese on top should be nicely browned but not burnt.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm as a spicy, cheesy appetizer!
