Kyle's Bacon-Wrapped Tortilla Dip Bites
Crispy bacon-wrapped tortilla cups filled with a creamy mayonnaise-based dip, perfect for a savory and satisfying appetizer.
Ingredients
- 8 slices bacon
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- to taste salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut each flour tortilla into 4 equal squares.
- Lightly spray or grease a mini muffin tin and press each tortilla square into the cups to form small bowls.
- Cut bacon slices in half lengthwise and wrap one strip around the edge of each tortilla cup, securing with a toothpick if needed.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and tortillas are golden brown.
- While baking, mix mayonnaise with smoked paprika, dried parsley, garlic powder, and salt in a small bowl.
- Remove tortilla cups from oven and let cool slightly.
- Fill each bacon-wrapped tortilla cup with the prepared mayonnaise dip.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
