Kyle's Bacon-Wrapped Tortilla Dip Bites

Crispy bacon-wrapped tortilla cups filled with a creamy mayonnaise-based dip, perfect for a savory and satisfying appetizer.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cut each flour tortilla into 4 equal squares.
  • Lightly spray or grease a mini muffin tin and press each tortilla square into the cups to form small bowls.
  • Cut bacon slices in half lengthwise and wrap one strip around the edge of each tortilla cup, securing with a toothpick if needed.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and tortillas are golden brown.
  • While baking, mix mayonnaise with smoked paprika, dried parsley, garlic powder, and salt in a small bowl.
  • Remove tortilla cups from oven and let cool slightly.
  • Fill each bacon-wrapped tortilla cup with the prepared mayonnaise dip.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
