Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cut each flour tortilla into 4 equal squares.
Lightly spray or grease a mini muffin tin and press each tortilla square into the cups to form small bowls.
Cut bacon slices in half lengthwise and wrap one strip around the edge of each tortilla cup, securing with a toothpick if needed.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and tortillas are golden brown.
While baking, mix mayonnaise with smoked paprika, dried parsley, garlic powder, and salt in a small bowl.
Remove tortilla cups from oven and let cool slightly.
Fill each bacon-wrapped tortilla cup with the prepared mayonnaise dip.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
