Egg, Spam, Spam, Spam, Bacon and Spam
A hearty skillet breakfast combining crispy bacon, multiple servings of savory Spam, and fluffy scrambled eggs for a delicious start to your day.
Ingredients
- 12 oz Spam, diced
- 4 large eggs
- 4 slices bacon
- 2 tablespoons butter
- to taste salt and black pepper
Instructions
- Cook bacon slices in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 5–7 minutes. Remove and set aside on a paper towel-lined plate.
- In the same skillet with bacon fat, add diced Spam and cook until browned and slightly crispy, about 5 minutes. Remove and keep warm with the bacon.
- Reduce heat to medium-low, add butter to the skillet, and whisk eggs with salt and pepper. Pour eggs into the skillet and gently scramble until just set.
- Add the cooked Spam and bacon back into the skillet with the eggs and gently fold together to combine all flavors.
- Serve hot straight from the skillet or garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
