Instructions

  • Construct your snack stadium base by arranging the 14 cardboard magazine holders in a rectangular shape and secure them together side-by-side with duct tape to form tiers.
  • Layer sandwich stacks inside the stadium: On a clean surface, build stacks of bread, alternating with slices of ham and Cheddar cheese, to create mini sandwiches. Secure with toothpicks as needed.
  • Place sandwich stacks neatly inside the stadium tiers, pressing gently to fit.
  • In small serving bowls, mix 1 tablespoon chile-garlic sauce with 1 tablespoon sour cream for a spicy dip.
  • Place the tomatillo salsa, salsa con queso (reserving some for garnish), spicy sour cream dip, hummus, and red pepper hummus in various compartments around the stadium for dipping.
  • Arrange fresh baby carrots and broccoli florets around the stadium edges and in empty spaces for color and crunch.
  • Next to the veggies, arrange cheese-flavored crackers, pita chips, buttery round crackers, blue corn tortilla chips, ridged potato chips, nacho cheese-flavored tortilla chips, and crunchy cheese puffs in colorful groupings for variety.
  • Slice pepperoni beef sticks into bite-size pieces and skewer them on 10-inch skewers alongside cubes of Cheddar cheese (cut from the 2 pounds cheese) for easy grab-and-eat treats. Position these skewers standing upright in the stadium.
  • Drizzle remaining salsa con queso over some sandwich stacks or use it as an extra dip on the side.
  • Make sure all items are easy to reach and refill as needed during your event. Serve chilled or at room temperature for a spectacular snack stadium everyone will love!
