Creamy Parmesan Artichoke Dip
A rich and velvety artichoke dip packed with tangy Parmesan cheese, perfect for scooping up with crunchy tortilla chips.
Ingredients
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 bag (10 oz) tortilla chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped artichoke hearts, Parmesan cheese, and mayonnaise until smooth and well blended.
- Transfer the mixture to a small baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until the dip is bubbly and lightly golden on top.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips for dipping.
