Ingredients
- 2 cups carrots, peeled and chopped
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Steam or boil the chopped carrots until soft, about 8–10 minutes.
- Drain the carrots and allow them to cool slightly.
- In a blender or food processor, combine the cooked carrots, vanilla ice cream, milk, honey, and cinnamon.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Serve immediately as a soft-serve style dessert or freeze for 2 hours for a firmer texture.
- Optionally, garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon before serving.
