Creamy Carrot Vanilla Ice Cream Delight

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Steam or boil the chopped carrots until soft, about 8–10 minutes.
  • Drain the carrots and allow them to cool slightly.
  • In a blender or food processor, combine the cooked carrots, vanilla ice cream, milk, honey, and cinnamon.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Serve immediately as a soft-serve style dessert or freeze for 2 hours for a firmer texture.
  • Optionally, garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon before serving.
