Savory Ham and Artichoke Skillet (Without Jalapenos and Vinegar)

Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked ham, diced
- 1 14 oz canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the onion and sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in the diced ham and cook for 3-5 minutes until lightly browned.
- Add the chopped artichoke hearts, oregano, black pepper, and salt to taste.
