Prairie Herb & Turkey Cream Cheese Wraps

Creamy herb-infused cream cheese rolled with turkey and fresh veggies in a soft tortilla, chilled and sliced for a refreshing, satisfying snack or light meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
  • 4 taco-sized flour tortillas
  • 6 oz sliced turkey breast
  • 1/2 cup slivered carrots
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, thinly sliced

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chopped parsley, chives, and basil until evenly mixed.
  • Lay out each tortilla flat and spread a generous layer of the herbed cream cheese mixture over the entire surface.
  • Place turkey slices down the center of each tortilla, then layer with slivered carrots and cucumber slices.
  • Roll each tortilla up tightly from one edge to the other, ensuring the filling is snug inside.
  • Wrap the rolled tortillas in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  • Remove from fridge, unwrap, and slice each roll into 1/4-inch thick rounds before serving.
