Prairie Herb & Turkey Cream Cheese Wraps
Creamy herb-infused cream cheese rolled with turkey and fresh veggies in a soft tortilla, chilled and sliced for a refreshing, satisfying snack or light meal.
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
- 4 taco-sized flour tortillas
- 6 oz sliced turkey breast
- 1/2 cup slivered carrots
- 1/2 cup cucumber, thinly sliced
In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chopped parsley, chives, and basil until evenly mixed.
Lay out each tortilla flat and spread a generous layer of the herbed cream cheese mixture over the entire surface.
Place turkey slices down the center of each tortilla, then layer with slivered carrots and cucumber slices.
Roll each tortilla up tightly from one edge to the other, ensuring the filling is snug inside.
Wrap the rolled tortillas in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
Remove from fridge, unwrap, and slice each roll into 1/4-inch thick rounds before serving.
