Lori’s Spicy Jalapeno, Tomato, and Sour Cream Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 medium jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 medium tomatoes, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 bag tortilla chips, for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, finely chopped jalapeno, diced tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, onion powder, and garlic powder.
  • Mix all ingredients gently until well incorporated and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if needed, adding more jalapeno for extra heat or more cheese for richness.
  • Transfer to a serving dish and refrigerate for 5 minutes to let flavors meld slightly.
  • Serve chilled or at room temperature with tortilla chips for dipping.
