Lori’s Spicy Jalapeno, Tomato, and Sour Cream Dip
A creamy, zesty dip with fresh tomatoes, fiery jalapenos, and shredded cheddar, perfect for snacking with crunchy tortilla chips.
Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 medium jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
- 2 medium tomatoes, finely diced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 bag tortilla chips, for serving
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, finely chopped jalapeno, diced tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, onion powder, and garlic powder.
- Mix all ingredients gently until well incorporated and creamy.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed, adding more jalapeno for extra heat or more cheese for richness.
