- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 medium jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
- 2 medium tomatoes, finely diced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 bag tortilla chips, for serving
In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, finely chopped jalapeno, diced tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, onion powder, and garlic powder.
Mix all ingredients gently until well incorporated and creamy.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed, adding more jalapeno for extra heat or more cheese for richness.
