Savory Buttery Carrots
Tender carrots glazed in rich salted butter for a simple, savory side dish bursting with natural sweetness and buttery goodness.

- 1 lb carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
- 3 tablespoons salted butter
- to taste salt
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and add the carrot sticks.
Cook carrots for 8–10 minutes until tender but still slightly firm.
Drain the carrots well and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt the salted butter over medium heat.
Add the drained carrots to the skillet and toss to coat in the melted butter.
Cook, stirring occasionally, for 3–5 minutes until carrots are glazed and hot.
Season with additional salt if needed, then serve warm.
