A fresh and vibrant salsa combining fragrant herbs, spicy jalapeño, and creamy avocado—perfect as a dip or topping for grilled dishes.
- 1 cup mixed fresh parsley and cilantro, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 jalapeño, cored, seeded, and finely diced
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 medium ripe avocado, diced
In a medium bowl, whisk together the parsley and cilantro, minced garlic, diced jalapeño, lime juice, kosher salt, oregano, and olive oil until well combined.
