Cheesy Veggie Tater Tot Casserole

- 4 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 slices cheese (cheddar or your favorite)
- 3 cups tater tots
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium bowl, mix the frozen mixed vegetables with the cream of mushroom soup until well combined.
Spread the veggie mixture evenly in a baking dish.
Lay the cheese slices evenly over the mixture.
