Cook diced bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
Drain some bacon fat, leaving about 1 tablespoon in the skillet.
Pour beaten eggs into the skillet with bacon fat. Season with salt and pepper. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring gently, until eggs are softly scrambled and cooked through.
Remove scrambled eggs from skillet and mix with cooked bacon, shredded Cheddar cheese, and sliced green onions in a bowl.
Warm tortillas in the microwave or a dry skillet until pliable.
Divide the egg and bacon mixture evenly among the tortillas, placing the filling in the center of each.
Fold in the sides and roll up each tortilla tightly to form burritos.
If desired, return burritos to the skillet seam side down for 1–2 minutes to seal and warm through.
