Add softened butter, garlic salt, onion salt, and paprika to the eggs and mix well until combined.
Fold in the shredded Cheddar cheese to create a thick filling.
Spread the cheese mixture evenly onto half of each tortilla, then fold the other half over to form a sandwich.
Place sandwiches on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15–20 minutes until the cheese is melted and tortillas are golden brown.
Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Serve warm with celery sticks on the side for a fresh crunch, if desired.
