Creamy Parmesan Artichoke Dip

A rich and velvety artichoke dip packed with tangy Parmesan cheese, perfect for scooping up with crunchy tortilla chips.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 bag (10 oz) tortilla chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped artichoke hearts, Parmesan cheese, and mayonnaise until smooth and well blended.
  • Transfer the mixture to a small baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 15–20 minutes until the dip is bubbly and lightly golden on top.
  • Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
  • Serve warm with tortilla chips for dipping.
